Our chinese rooster hackle feathers come in a massive variety of colours from reds to greens, from yellow to royal blue. Hackle is similar to Schlappen feathers except there are two differences, the first being is that the hackle is one solid colour and the schlappen has a green iridescent shine to it. The other difference is that the tip of the feathers are more pointed rather than being rounded. All of the hackle comes strung together and we currently stock them in three different lengths; 2.5", 50cm, 100cm. Each feather is approximately between 4"-7" in length. The feathers themselves are very soft and plush making them ideal for trimmings, decoration, card crafts, milliners, fly fisherman and fascinators amongst other ideas limited only by your own imagination.
