    All items posted to the UK are free of charge. For international postage please contact us for a postal quote before ordering.

    Next Day Special Delivery Items: Orders must be placed by 3pm for next day delivery before 1pm, unless prior arrangement by telephone.

    If orders are needed next day and have been placed after 3pm and before 4:30 pm please telephone us on 01162001811 and we will do our upmost to get your parcel posted.

    If you place an order on a friday and want it guaranteed by saturday you will need to select that option from the delivery options. If you choose the normal special delivery next day, you will receive your items the following monday.

    Privacy Policy:
    We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all of our customers and visitors. The information collected from customers is used for billing and administration purposes only and will be kept confidential. No information will be sold or passed on to third parties.

    Orders and Returns:

    Faulty or Damaged goods.
    If an item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please notify us within 24 hours and return it to us within 14 days. We will either replace on a like for like basis or we will refund your payment in full (This includes the original return postage costs you paid).

    Returns for other reasons.
    If you are returning goods that are not faulty or damaged, they must be as new and unused (i.e. in the condition you received them ), With the Full, Complete and undamaged retail packaging that they were sent with. In these circumstances you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning an item to us and we will either exchange or refund the value of the items only.
    
    
    In the event that an order is lost in the post a refund will not be given until 15 working days after sending, this is the amount of time stipulated by Royal Mail before they acknowledge that a parcel has been lost. We will send you a claim form which must be signed, dated and returned to us to proceed with a claim from Royal Mail.

    Once this claim form has been signed and dated by you we will issue you a full refund.

    Should your order be damaged in the post you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt together with photographic evidence of the item and packaging, whereupon a claim will be submitted to Royal Mail and you will be reimbursed immediately after we have received compensation from Royal Mail.

    Description of Goods

    We take all reasonable care to ensure that all colours are represented accurately, however, we will not be held responsible for colour variations as they may appear on different monitor resolutions and we urge you to make use of our free colour sample service.

    Please note that the shape and size of a feather can differ very slightly as they are a natural product and cannot always be guaranteed. The description of the product refering to the size is always an approximation based on the majority of stock. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please see our returns policy.
